In fact, you don't want it to be that accurate because of issues with reliability, maintainability, durability and procurement cost. An army equipped with a 2 MOA rifle isn't going to be twice as effective as one shooting 4 MOA rifles, Bill Lesternoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8293484.post-36668405397271570602009-10-02T15:44:50.640-06:002009-10-02T15:44:50.640-06:00I predict that by 2011 all restaurants will serve ...I predict that by 2011 all restaurants will serve only Big Macs and Quarter Pounders. AR's rely on a puff of gas into the bolt carrier to function, which might not be reliable, but the more forceful, AK-style piston tends to disrupt accuracy. Has that old tradeoff been resolved? It would be nice if we finally figured out how to make a rifle that was both accurate and reliable.Chashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10966720423575333937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8293484.post-4481141981907605002009-10-02T09:30:09.838-06:002009-10-02T09:30:09.838-06:00"Have you heard a rumor that Remington will b..."Have you heard a rumor that Remington will be producing a 1911 very soon?"<br /><br />Very soon?
