Jim Shepherd is one of the finest gun-writers in America today. Sure, he's no Skeeter Skelton, or Robert Ruark, or Col. Jeff, but he is erudite and knowledgeable, and a source of timely and important information to those of us who really care about 2A events.
We could have done without the picture, though.
In the same way in which I would never want my photo to be published, but in a more significant manner ... it is a distraction.
