That noise you hear is the teeth-grinding of internet commando's everywhere. I'm sure there's more then a few unhappy industry execs out there as well.
ReplyDeleteMaybe now we'll quit seeing so many threads about how the military has given up on the 9mm and gone back to the .45.
My guess is SOCOM will at some point in the near future issue a directive to all small unit commanders that will allow private purchase of sidearms by the operators if they are of a certain type and caliber.

Our civil servants also need to learn how to use Mr Spellchecker on their documents: it's "indefinitely" NOT "indefinately". Perhaps the writer is a product of our government funded shool system.
