  1. Michael,

    What happened to your weekly YouTube video report? Has it moved or am I just missing it somehow?

  2. Those don't look like Marlin model 60s.

  3. If it had been anything but a Ruger, I'd have been most disappointed! I don't think they're the best manufacturer in the world, but when it comes to .22s I want Rugers and Henry rifles in a 3:1 ration, no questions asked.

    I'd want a Browning BuckMark. However, you can't argue with success.

    I just wish I could fully clean a Ruger 22LR pistol just once without maiming myself. I'd like a brace of Ruger pistols to go with my 10/22s.

  5. Joey;

    It should be there...it's always available on DRTV and OutdoorChannel.com every Wednesday...

    The Ruger .22 autos are indeed, the best .22 in the world, IMHO. I do prefer the MK2s to the new MK3s though.

  7. Michael,

    I checked the YouTube channel just now (http://www.youtube.com/user/DownRangeTV)and see that the last DRTV news update is dated from April. I'm not seeing anything for June at all. Am I missing something, on the wrong channel or just hosing something up myself?

    I subscribe to the channel so I would always get the notification each week in my home page news feed updates.

    It dawned on me recently that I haven't been seeing them in a while, thus my original comment post here.

    THANKS for the help and for all your great work (not only here on your blog, but also on the TV shows, the DRTV website and the YouTube channel.

  8. I, too, prefer the Mk II to the Mk III. Especially with the 22/45 model, where the Mk III comes off as cheap, overly plastic, flimsy and clunky.

    I would love to get my mitts on a nice used 22/45 stainless bull barrel in like-new condition.

    (ps, I am not making this up, my captcha for this is "extrabran")
