Michael, Stembridge sold all their class III stuff back about '99 due to legislation in LA that made it prohibitivly expensive to have any of the "hi-cap" magazines in stock. This was a major factor in driving the action filming to Canada.
Has that situation changed in LA?
I think the tax was maybe $500/year/mag, or something similarly stupid. As I recall, when it was pointed out to the idiots that their law was going to severely damage hollywood, they responded that they would address the problem, and then made it worse!
