We need to start campaigning right now. We need to repeat 2010. We need to re-take the Senate. At least we held the House of Representatives yesterday. We need to field a pro-"2A", "1A" and Free-Market candidate for 2016.

We also need to work at the state levels to draft legislation that will exempt us from any UN treaties and AWB's.

I'm getting to work again, right now. I'm done licking my wounds from last night. I'm starting by calling my local, state and federal representatives (all "R"s) to congratulate them on their re-elections and I'm going right into initiating our plans for the future.

America as we know it, the country my father fought for, the country our founding fathers created, is no more. We have witnessed the fall of the greatest country the world has ever known. But it didn’t fall today, or even four years ago, it started a long time ago and is only now coming to fruition.

I am sad to have to say these words, I have prayed that I would not have to say them. But, sometimes, the answer to our prayers is “no.”

Real Americans should have put a stop to the ones who wanted to destroy this country a long time ago, back when God was first removed from our schools. But we sat idly by. To take action would have been too hard and uncomfortable. So we sat idly by. Oh we voiced our complaints among ourselves and in church, but what did we really do? Nothing. We took no hard, firm stance and the monster continued to grow. We didn’t march in the streets. We didn’t stay after our elected officials and make them vote the way we wanted, or throw them out when they didn’t. We didn’t show the strength of our convictions in front of the capital building. But the monster did! They blocked the streets with their marches. They made sure they were seen and heard in the news. They won. Now they have taken over. We are now the minority. In the early stages it would have been easier to stop, but now the monster is grown and has multiplied. Now, I believe, God is saying that we are going to have to live with the results of our inactions.

The road back to the country our founding fathers created will be extremely difficult, painful and one that, I fear, far too few will be willing to travel.

The road back is no more. The election proves that the once ass sitting, give me minority is now the majority, we tipped last night & for good & all time I think.

I usually try to be positive but in the face of a juggernaut like this the end of what we knew as the great USA is here upon us. Mediocrity will rule, debt, inflation, weak military, a tightening of a federal noose are just some of the things we can look forward to.

I really think in the face of such debt the country will fracture & if that is the case keep watching The Best Defence because I think a revolution or civil war may be on the horizon.

Stock up fella's The Supreme Lord & Dictator is here to stay & hell is coming with him!

  7. I agree with Steve and Rob. This is the end of a great country. They snuck in a little at a time advocating egalitarianism and mediocrity and, for some reason, it worked. It's all over.

  8. My grandfather used to always tell me, excellence is always defendable, mediocrity rarely is. Somehow, someway in today's America, the dems where able to flip that on its head. To be successful and seek the american dream, is now frowned upon and demonised. But to be mediocre is all you have to strive for and the government will take care of you, because like an earlier comment said you are the new majority. I am not wealthy, but I strive to be more successful tomorrow than I am today through hardwork, sacrifice and determination. I thought that was the america that my grandfathers and my father fought for, thats my america. I am deeply saddened today that my america appears to be gone, my father's america, my grandfather's america, gone....

Last night we witnessed the end of the Republic. We knew that the "tipping point" had been reached, allowing children and illeagals to vote put us over the edge.

    BELLEVUE, Wash., Nov. 7, 2012
/PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Less than 24 hours after winning re-election, President Barack Obama's administration joined with China, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, and more than 150 other governments, in supporting renewed debate on the proposed United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, confirming the worst fears of the American gun rights community.

The vote came at the U.N. General Assembly's meeting of the First Committee on Disarmament at the world organization's headquarters in New York City.

"It's obvious that our warnings over the past several months have been true," said Alan Gottlieb, founder and executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation. "The election was called about 11 p.m. Tuesday and by 11 a.m. this morning, we got word that the United States was supporting this resolution. We have to be more vigilant in our efforts to stop this proposed treaty."

SAF Operations Director Julianne Versnel, who has been back and forth to the United Nations over this proposal, said the fight is not finished. The measure will be considered for finalization in March 2013.

"We will continue to monitor this issue and oppose any effort to enforce a global gun control measure," she stated.

Amnesty International issued a statement Wednesday lauding passage of the resolution, saying the treaty will protect human rights.

"The right of self-defense is a human right," Gottlieb countered, "and in this country, the Second Amendment protects that right.

"Just days ago as he campaigned for re-election," he concluded, "Barack Obama told his supporters that voting is the 'best revenge.' I guess now we know what he was talking about. The revenge he seeks is against American gun owners and their Second Amendment rights."

The Second Amendment Foundation (www.saf.org) is the nation's oldest and largest tax-exempt education, research, publishing and legal action group focusing on the Constitutional right and heritage to privately own and possess firearms. Founded in 1974, The Foundation has grown to more than 650,000 members and supporters and conducts many programs designed to better inform the public about the consequences of gun control.

How dopey can I be? After 24 hours and listening and watching the various Republican pundits/players/talking heads I now realize what went wrong ! "We" were wrong. That is the right, the conservatives, the tea party, all the old white guys that make up the Republican party (cause no one else is a Repuklican). Wrong on every issue. How could we be so stupid? So dense? So insensitive?

We were wrong about Latinos. 75% of them voted for Barry cause we should have given them and their relatives all amnesty. We support this stupid idea of a national border. We thought that Latinos somehow shared conservative values. They don't. Dopey us...

We were wrong about women. 70% voted for the other guy. Man I admit it, I've be wrong about women all my life. They only care about their vaginas. What goes in them. What gets chopped up and dragged out of them. Stupid us thought they cared about the economy. The future of the children they allow to be born. The jobs that the son in the basement doesn't have. The crappy education he got for 150K.

We were wrong about the military. How dense we are. DUH !!! The military voted over 50% for Barry. This was the military of West Point, VMI, and the volunteer ranks that serve the greater good. We thought they were concerned about the disintegration of the middle east where so many of their brothers died. Nope they don't. We even thought they honored traditional values. Wrong !

I could go on. But I will turn off my snarky rant. We lost cause the Republican party does not represent us.Heard today how the "browning" of America needs to be accepted by the Republicans. That means we need to give up on our principles of individualism and hard work. Have to give them more handouts so they will love us. We have to give up on "social" issues. Abortion, women's "rights" (whatever the hell that is), church vs. state. Only problem is that the freaking Left defines EVERYTHING in terms of social issues, social justice. Let me clue you in. Back in the day of the hard-line Marxist USSR, it was understood that a Marxist could describe ALL human activity in terms of economics. So also with our commie brothers here. All is described as SOCIAL ISSUES. They describe BLM land access as "fairness" to all the citizens. That lead bullet regulation is a social issue addressed by the EPA. Poison is not allow in the bio stream. That gun control is a social issue. Obvious isn't it? That church values can't interfere with even ONE other person in America. Isolate, ridicule and destroy the church. Gay "rights" has to be a social issue. You can't argue against it. A perverted lifestyle needs to be taught to 8 year olds so that they know what anal sex is and how good it is. We just don't see how good diverse and alternate lifestyles are ! Everything is a social issue. They know how to wage the semantic battle. We lose because we have idiots in charge. We have traitors in our midst who want a Big Tent. And we lost cause we have the audacity to think that others believe in values like us.

We walk a real fine line here. Our minds are the very last battleground.

We need real leaders to step forward and take charge. Leaders that really know how things work and why the direction that our country is going in is wrong.

I have renewed faith that we will find a new direction back to traditional values. Since the morning after election day,I have been listeneing to the voice of our young citizens that believe in the Bill of Rights and our Constitution as it was orginally written. These young citizens are remaining positive because THEIR futures depend on it. Most people won't listen to us old white-guys, but they do listen to these new young leaders.

Get your kids hooked-up with Hillsdale Colleges (Hillsdale, Michigan)FREE Constitution-101&2 class. It's FREE! You can attend it on-line and I think that you also get college credit for attending. The class lays it all out for the student. Many students can't beleive that they WERE NOT taught this stuff in regular school. This class will not only be enlightening to the student, but it will prepare them with the knowledge that they will need to lead.

DON'T GIVE UP! That's what "they" want us to do. It's part of their plan to diminish us. I will not be diminished!
