FOR CHILD RAPIST" RULING....TODAY'S
RULING IS HISTORICAL AND VICTORIOUS
FOR OUR CONSTITUTION!
For once the Bill of Rights wins!
Wanna bet the lefties will claim a partial victory and find all sorts of ways to twist and misconstrue the decision.

A great decision but....
It should have been 8-1 or 9-0.
That it was only 5-4 is scary.
This was a tight case, and it is only the beginning. Since it did not incorporate any state laws, our next action should be to go after those. It is also an example of why the next President is so important.
Thank God!
While I am, of course, pleased that the good guys won this one, I am disappointed by the 5-4 decision. It shouldn't have been even close.

What is so disturbing is how the dissenting opinions barely touch on the Constitution and instead focus on the disruption such a finding would have on the existing order.
