AR Sales Spinning Up

I'm starting to get reports of AR sales cranking up in the two weeks before the election, with some shortages being reported...more as it develops...

I'm hoping I'll have the money for a couple of receivers quickly. If nothing else, I'll be buying them Thanksgiving weekend.

And still not ONE MENTION of the Second Amendment issues of BHusseinO from the McCain camp.
Not in the debates, not in the media.
(at least none that I've seen)

Everything is overshadowed by the economic meltdown, which is of course the 800 pound gorilla in the room.

It's still an issue for us gun guys though...

During the day I listen to radio stations that stream their audio over the net. I have been impressed by the amount of ads that the NRA is running. Ads that hit BHO on the 2A issue. While listening to stations out of Utah, Colorado, Florida, Tenn and Kentucky you will hear them several times an hour. Good Job NRA !!!

I was hoping that the bushmaster ACR would be here so I could get one ASAP before the BHO can get in to office

Don't like how this is shaping up. Got a bad feeling --seems like McCain went to sleep. the mushroom

I can confirm your sources. We've seen a move to hedge the election from the gun buying public and firearms retailers. The trend seems to have begun in the Northeast and is in the process of progressing geographically to points south and west.

May I also suggest folks that if you already have one or more ARs, buy LOWERS..especially unpapered lowers..

And as many 20 and 30 round mags as you can afford. I like the P-Mags and the HK ones myself.

Checked the local gun store to see if they had any new info on the bushmaster ACR, still no word. If BHO get into office I’ll never got one..

They had a .223 Century Golani Sporter Galil clone… its looking appealing.. get like 4 35 rnd mags and a converter for ar-mags

And they had a vary nice condition Spanish air force mauser (in 8mm mauser) which I took home with me for $160 (all parts matching SN)
