Had a blip on THE BEST DEFENSE this week...a chunk of the "Choosing a Defensive Handgun" segment got lopped out for various and sundry reasons. The part that was whacked was me talking about how we all carry J-frames, really. What I've decided to do is run the entire segment on DRTV...we're working on encoding the video now, but it'll still be a couple of days. Stay tuned!
Did I mention I have a G26 Baby Glock on the way? I've got a G34 and a G19 and I wanted the complete set. I've also got a bunch of 33-round 9mm magazines, and if you have a 9mm Glock, so should you. They're around; the G17 mags are gone baby gone, at least for a while.
Why, you might ask?
Because Glocks are what they are, the most common semiauto in the world. Plus, they can be maintained and repaired by a talented spaniel...after all, I am a certified Glock armorer!

Man, how can you be going on about Glocks on John Moses Browning's birthday?!
...because 95 years from now the Glock will be to our successors what the 1911 is to us today :-)
G26..great pocket carry gun. I have a G17 on order. BTW, those Korean mags for the G19 work great!
I have a few Glocks but I wonder when will Glock wake up and put out something new.... like an importable 380 or better yet a single stack 9mm or 40. I know they have the moldel 36 but what they lost in the width they gained in a wider (front to back ) grip. Maybe someday???

A HUNDRED YEARS from now the 1911 will still be what the 1911 is to us today! :)
anybody know why we have a sudden shortage of G17 mags?
Sportsmansguide has G17 mags listed for $29.97 (or 3 for 27.97 each)..member price is $26.97 each.
what an impact BHO has had on this market, I remember about a year or 18 months ago one vendor (botach) had a clearance sale on all Glock magazines for $13.50 each, any type you wanted, as many as you wanted, I emptied my gun funds buying thank goodness, wish I had loaded up the credit card too now...
The Glock will be forgotten! It's a souless plastic lump!
My prediction: G-26 will be your favorite carry gun. It is mine.
