Old Dog; New Tricks

Had a great range session with the '87 lever shotgun yesterday...it's conceivable I might actually get the hang of this thing! Dropping 2 rounds into the breach actually takes a lighter touch than I'd thought.

Gonna run it in a local match this weekend and see how it goes.

Meanwhile, have made the decision to purchase FS2000 bullpup...it's too handy in confined spaces! Fiddled around with it in the house and was impressed with how I could manaeuver with it.

Now I need a viola case...

Cuz,

The bullpup works great for a "lefty" no spent shell hulls in your eye. Go for it....

The word I heard on the forum I admin is that stoppages in that gun are no fun. You basically have to field strip the gun to clear 'em. No thanks, I'll still with the far more ergonomic AR platform.

If your shotgun has a "breach", I'd recommended getting a new one before it blows up in your face.
