And gonna be a long time gone...AR sales, especially lower receivers, through the ceiling. Can't even get through to some suppliers because they're so swamped.
Companies building everything they can, blowing through inventory...

I'm reading the "hand-writing on the wall". I remember Diane Feinstein saying that if she could get the votes, it would be "...Mr. and Mrs. America, turn 'em in!", referring to her objective of taking guns out of the hands of "regular" (honest!) citizens. I'm not investing any more into what will just be taken away anyhow. This time, she has the votes.

As a younger guy that lives in a state that restricts semi auto rifles and hand guns I am very depressed. All I wanted to do is move out of NY to a free state and get a few guns that I always wanted. This guy now wants to crush that dream. Great country we live in.

This year the New York State Assembly passed with overwhelming margin a bundle of anti-gun bills. The Senate at the time was held by a razor thin margin of upstate Republicans that rejected the bills. Yesterday the Senate was turned over to the NY left wing Democrats. New York state citizens will now see all those bills passed in the next session. .50 caliber ban, semi-auto ban, microstamping etc. Kiss your guns goodbye.
Like anonymous I am making plans to move west. As an older guy I have just had enough and wish to live my remaining years outside of the re-education camps.

To the folks writing from occupied administrative zones on the east and west coasts: When I meet someone who moved to Arizona from one of these zones, I greet them by saying "Welcome to what's left of America!"
Here in Prescott, AZ all the local gun shops are sold out of AR's. My dealer and his distributor are sold out of most Glocks.
I ordered a few AR lowers a couple weeks back. Saved about $90 based on today's prices.
I had a heck of time finding uppers and collapsible buttstocks. No Pmags to be found, but I grabbed a couple dozen Stoners.
On the upside, I did the yearly assessment of the Legislature, and we may have picked up some pro-gun votes.
Oh, and my word verification is UNCat I am not, nor ever will be a U.N. cat.
Our local gunshop (El Cajon Gun Exchange is running radio ads for their "Employee of the Month, Barack Obama"
